The last few weeks our butterfly bush has been in full bloom. It is so pretty with its dark purple flowers. We have had a lot of visitors to our bush. We have had two humming birds that frequent it and lots of bees. In fact, we have had two of the biggest bumble bees I have ever seen in my life the last few days. One of my favorite visitors though is of course a butterfly. I think it's the same butterfly, but it has been frequenting our bush for weeks. It let me get right up close to it and take its picture. The blooms are starting to fade and I will be sad when our visitors are gone.
