Am I really old enough to have a 3rd grader? Okay, don't answer that. Some days I don't feel old enough to have 3 kids, let alone one who is in 3rd grade and one who is in 1st grade. How did they grow up so fast? Addy is in Miss Neilsen's 3rd grade class this year and loves it. She had Miss N. last year as well in her 2nd/3rd split class, she is thrilled to have her again. Sydnee has Mrs. Murdock for 1st grade. I'm so lucky that my kids love school. I never have to drag them out the door, they are always happy to go to school. We are one full week into the school year and they are loving their teachers. Sydnee loves recess and eating lunch at school. Sydnee is a really slow eater, so most days she gets home from school and eats the rest of her sandwich for a snack. Addy joined the choir this year and had her first practice this morning. I hope she loves it, she has such a pretty voice. I love being back to a schedule and a routine. I'm trying to get used to having Maren all to myself all day. I didn't realize just how much her older sisters entertain her all day. I feel like a one man show trying to entertain her. Thank goodness for Sesame Street or else I wouldn't be able to get a shower every day. Hopefully things will continue to go good and my girls will continue to love school!
