Year End 2008

Christmas 2008

Wow, am I behind? I choose to blame my being behind on the fact that I left my camera at my parents on Christmas day and just got it back yesterday. I know, not a good excuse. We had a great Christmas! Santa was good to our girls, he brought them legos, tinker toys and lots of other cool stuff. Sydnee got a teddy bear and Addy asked for a baby doll, but instead got new clothes for the baby doll she has, but doesn't play with. We spent lots of time with both families and despite the stress of running around on Christmas day from house to house, it was a great day. The girls also got a surprise present from Ben and I. We gave them a bag full of baby bottles, binkies, and clothes and asked them who these things were for. They finally decided they were for their baby dolls. We announced to them that mommy will be having a new baby this summer and that they will have a new brother or sister. It took several days for this announcement to compute, but now they are very excited.
Ben has been on vacation for two weeks now, so we have had a long restful vacation at home. Which is good since I have had a lot of "morning" sickness. I don't know why they call it morning sickness, because it hits me any time of day and sometimes all day. I am just really grateful for the good days I have, and I am also grateful for Phenergan on the days that are really bad.
